At Michael & Ava, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing items beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations for comparison and returning part of the order are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Request Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@michaelavatoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and proof of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, and once it is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Liability & Delivery Responsibility

Michael & Ava is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments without valid tracking information.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
